Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item

The return request is made within 7 days from the date of receiving the item

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
For hygiene reasons, sport hijabs that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

The item must be returned to us within the given timeframe

Upon inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds will be made via the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the item is defective or incorrect, Dssarzalco will bear the return shipping cost
